Freelance copywriter. Word nerd. Grammar enthusiast.
Is your copy stale? Lacklustre? Flatter than a failed soufflé? Chances are it’s not getting the TLC it deserves. From storytelling to selling, having someone focused on this aspect of your business can make a vital difference to its success.
And as a graphic designer, I can also go beyond your typical copywriting services. If you need an email template design, social media tiles or business cards in addition to your copy needs, just ask! I often provide design services along with copywriting for my clients, and they benefit from having one go-to person for their content needs.

Social media
Community newsletters
Custom monthly content packages
Content strategy or roadmaps
Alternatively, if you’re happy with your copy but feel it needs some brushing up, simple copyediting or proofreading services are also offered.
“Jade is an absolute life saver and word whiz. I came to her not feeling confident about the way I was writing for my website. She understood my needs and the tone of voice I was trying to achieve and she knew exactly what to say to elevate everything I had. Her words have literally made my website/business sound more professional. I can’t thank her enough for all her hard work. She also did it in record time! I would definitely recommend her to anyone who needs the copywriting help.”
“Jade is creative, professional and she always delivers by the designated deadline. Jade understood my needs very quickly - she is a wordsmith who is very committed and enthusiastic about providing the best possible service tailor made for each client.”
This is the typical process I follow when working with a new client:
Step 1 – We hop on a 20-30min Discovery Call
On this call we chat about your project needs, including timelines and budgets, so I can put together a relevant proposal.
Step 2 – I send you a proposal.
This will outline the scope of the work discussed, and include a fixed-price quote so there are no surprises along the way (assuming the brief doesn’t significantly change). If you decide to proceed, a 50% deposit is required to activate the job.
Step 3 – It’s time for the creative briefing.
I’ll send you a briefing questionnaire before our call; you don’t have to fill it out yourself, but it will give you a heads up as to what I’ll ask you. This is to ensure I have all the information I need to give you the best result.
Step 4 – You receive a first draft of copy.
Expect it to be about 80% there (if more, woo hoo!). Here you can provide feedback and we collaborate on refining it.
Step 5 – Revisions
Two rounds of revisions are included, if necessary.
Step 6 – I hand over approved copy.
And we’ve made it! Usually this is when I’ll invoice the outstanding payment, unless we have agreed on another arrangement.
Each quote will include the below:
initial creative briefing over phone/Zoom
research/liaising
copywriting for agreed number of pages/elements
2 rounds of revisions
